I was impressed with Brandon. He worked us in quickly and arrived when promised. He spent time to methodically track down the issue between the inside and outside units. He showed me this issue and explained what was needed with cost estimate. He had a replacement for the failed part in his truck and had us fixed up fast and at a very reasonable rate.
